CD and website design
It’s been awhile since these were finished. I used a lot of things I’ve had my eye on for these two, like Kevin Cornell’s Phaeton font. You can see it on the cover of the CD as well as in the banner. I also used a few of his figures from the font on the inside.
Most of the other things I’ve been looking forward to trying are under the hood of the website. I think the best way to keep a site up to date is to aggregate the information you are already inputting on other sites.
Ianfitzgerald.com pulls from tumblr, last.fm, and flickr. I don’t like when sites are a mess of branded social networking widgets, but it’s great to take advantage of the work put into keeping those sites up to date.
